About Us

Since 1929, PPROA has represented independent oil and gas producers, support companies and royalty owners in the Texas Panhandle, western Oklahoma and southwestern Kansas.  Its primary mission is to inform the general public, community organizations and individuals of the dynamic role the independent oil and gas industry has played in the state and the nation.  The Association represents its membership legislatively in Austin, and through partnerships with similar groups, in bordering states and in the nation's capitol.
