The PPROA Pipeline Advertising Rates

The PPROA Pipeline has presented news and information about the Texas Panhandle independent oil and gas industry for more than a quarter century. Each issue includes current industry news from local, state and national perspectives. Regular columns cover legal issues, the market and financial news.

Pipeline is sent to over 700 addresses, including Association members, news media, services companies and elected officials throughout the tri-state area. It is the ideal forum for explaining oil and gas related services and products to decision makers in the independent petroleum industry.

Readers are decision makers and chief executives in the exploration, production, support and mineral management segments of the oil and gas industry. Each issue is read by three or more before being discarded for filed.

Publication Frequency

The rate guarantees 10 publications per calendar year (usually April-May, Nov.-Dec. combined). Delivered by bulk mail by second full week of the month. A digest of the newsletter is published at www.pproa.org a few days before mailing.

Protection

PPROA guarantees that there will not be ads on the same page from competing companies.

Copy and Artwork

Advertising copy, including camera-ready artwork, can be supplied by the advertiser. All images should be 300 dpi. If the advertiser prefers, PPROA will assist in developing copy and artwork for an additional setup charge. Copy and artwork can be updated at the advertiser's discretion. Changes are due no later than the 15th of the month preceding the month of publication. The smaller the ad, the less complex the overall layout should be. Billing

Billing for advertisements will be mailed by the tenth day of the month preceding the last month of placement in a schedule. Ad will be dropped from next newsletter if payment is not received prior to publication. Buttons and banners will be removed from the web site no later than midnight of the last day of the schedule unless arrangements are made for additional or continued placement.
