Booth fee includes 10' x 10' booth, one 6' table & two chairs. Workers fee includes ticket to all convention events & meals (excluding golf & clays). Non-member fee also includes a one-year membership to PPROA ($175 value).
Setup up after 7:00 AM 5/18 and tear down after 1:00 PM 5/19.
All participating companies and individuals will receive prominent mention in convention promotion materials, including, but not limited to:
- Newspaper articles and display advertisements beginning March 25
- Programmatic material distributed at the convention
- Promotional materials mailed out
- Postings on the PPROA website
You may sign up as an Exhibitor by downloading the attached pdf form (see below) or by using the online signup process. To start the online signup, please select the desired booth rental, electrical and Internet needs from the lists below and enter your booth worker information (up to 4 workers allowed). Press the Submit button to continue.
Publicity begins March 25th. The deadline for signing up as an exhibitor is April 30th, but to get the early discount you must sign up by April 15th.
