Booth fee includes 10' x 10' booth, one 6' table & two chairs. Workers' fee includes ticket to all convention events & meals (excluding golf and sporting clays). Non-member fee also includes a one-year membership in PPROA ($175 value). Set up after 7:00 a.m., 5/20 and tear down after 1:00 p.m., 5/21. |

Submit or print out and mail this form by April 15 for an early discount. Mailing address below. Final deadline is April 30. Advance publicity begins April 1. Exhibitors should also complete and mail the registration form (to be mailed at a later date) and mark "paid exhibitor" in the registration cost blank.
